Sometimes it takes a special breed to sell real estate even when the market is strong. A firm approach can be the difference in ensuring that a Realtor serves his/her client best interests. Often it is a prime ingredient when I Pilot the Perfect Move.
Below is a humorous look at the real estate industry. Alec Baldwin gave this stunning performance in the movie, Glenngarry Glen Ross, when he was motivating some slumping real estate agents. “Coffee is for closers”, “ABC-always be closing”, “It takes brass balls to sell real estate”, and “first Place gets a Cadillac, second place gets a set of steak knives, and third place - you are all fired” are some of my all time favorite movie lines.
