I cut my teeth in the real estate industry by selling land. I went door to door and spoke with land owners to see if they wanted to sell.  This led me to many listings and some very valuable experience within real estate.  There are not many residential Realtors who know or can specialize in raw land sales.  If you are thinking about buying or possibly selling any land that you have, please call me and I can help you out.

This weeks video blog is the first installment in a periodic series about land - entitled Land 101.  I will explore various aspects that are important to know if one is going to invest in land.  The first episode is about the concept of “Highest and Best Use”.  Oftentimes, it has a great impact on the value of land - either positively or negatively. If you are not able to view the video your firewall may be blocking you.  I have included a link below the video box which will take you directly to the video.
