With the rise of scams and foreclosures, I think this a must see. This is an example of one type of common mortgage fraud scheme that is rampant in the Atlanta area.
What are your thoughts on this? It sort of makes you sick. Let me know if you have any questions. If you know of any other scams please comment below. I will research and provide the info as another post. We all have to be vigilant even though we are lucky enough not be in a vulnerable situation with our finances.
