Thank you for visiting my video blog. My name is Nolan Feintuch, Associate Broker, with Harry Norman, Realtors. The Piloting The Perfect Move Video Blog’s mission is to keep you educated and informed on the Atlanta real estate market. About once a week, I will post a topic of interest about the real estate market. This blog is a continual work in progress so there will be improvements and progress along the way (my camera presence should improve). The first video post is about foreclosures. As I am out and about, I am often asked about buying foreclosures. This segment addresses how to begin the search strategy for foreclosures as well as some of the myths surrounding it. I referenced the following link in the site (www.foreclosures.com).
